TIMOTHY H. FLANIGAN was admitted to the practice of law in 1974. Prior to establishing the firm, he was a government law partner in the Sacramento office of the law firm of Nielsen, Merksamer, Parrinello, Mueller & Naylor. |

He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the California Taxpayers Association and a member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Sacramento. He also recently served on a special panel of five lawyers appointed by the Director of the California Office of Administrative Law to assist the Schwarzenegger Administration in revamping key sections of the California Administrative Procedures Act. He and his brother, Terrance, co-authored and teach a continuing education for lawyers course entitled “The Art of Persuasion for Lawyers.” He received his law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and his undergraduate degree, with distinction, from San Diego State University. He is a registered lobbyist with the state of California. |
